Memo Board

Here is the memo board I made for the Master Bedroom. What do you think? Should I follow the example of the original designer and add flowers or keep with my "Traveller's Theme?" Please leave a comment and let me know!

I could have found a MUCH cheaper and smaller frame, but my recent visit to Michael's left me way too inspired! Besides, this beautiful 11 by 14 inch frame was 50% off!  The directions called for a standard sized scrapbook page (8 1/2 by 11) and printing the words on the page.  I decided to give it some bling. I found a 12 by 12 inch background page that had the black on black damask glitter print. The letters were also scrapbook letters because I wanted them to stand out.  The total cost for this project: $20.  Of course, you can do MUCH better I'm sure!

Cute! Do you use a dry erase marker to write on it?

  2. Stephanie, the dry erase markers are the best. If you wanted it to last, you could write it in Sharpie. But I like changing it every day!
